Habakkuk Capital Group is based in New York City and has a strong base of residential and commercial assets throughout the greater New York Area with its main focus in Brooklyn, Bronx and Harlem.  The owner started his investment career in New York in 1996 investing in several distressed buildings throughout the years that at one time had in upwards of 2,000 code violations, through good management practices and hard work the owner has been able to bring all buildings back into compliance and has reduced the violations to nearly nothing.
